Frequently asked questions
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your size and color on the product page, add to cart, then check out. You will receive an
order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and
then email info@lavinem.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not yet been processed and dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your
order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled, but you can return it after delivery.
Do you offer a quantity discount?
Yes. Discounts apply automatically at checkout: 10% off 2 items, 15% off 3, 20% off 4, and 25% off 5
or more. No code needed.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 8–12 business days, so roughly
9–15 business days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees.
How much is shipping?
Free on every US order. There are no handling fees and no import charges to pay on delivery.
Where do you ship?
The United States only.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or go to
Track your order. Tracking can take 3–8 business days to start
updating after dispatch.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Multi-item orders are sometimes dispatched separately. You get tracking for each parcel.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery. Email info@lavinem.com to start a return and we will
send instructions and the return address within one business day.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — then we cover it. We do not offer free
returns and we do not claim to anywhere on this site.
How long does a refund take?
We process approved refunds within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank
then decides how quickly the money appears.
Products and sizing
What size should I order?
Shoes are listed in US women's sizes. If you are between sizes on a closed-toe style, size up. Our
size chart has foot-length and garment measurements.
Are your orthopedic shoes a medical device?
No. "Orthopedic" describes the style of construction — a contoured footbed and a cushioned sole. Our
footwear is not a medical device and we make no claims about treating any condition. If you have a
foot condition, speak to a healthcare professional.
What material is this made of?
We only state what the product photography demonstrably shows. If fiber content matters to your
decision, email us before ordering and we will check with the supplier rather than guess.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify with TLS encryption. We never see or store your full card number.
