Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please read this policy before ordering. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.

1. Return period

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within that 30-day window.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and undamaged
• In their original condition
• Complete with original tags and packaging where applicable
• Approved by our support team before being sent back

Trying an item on for fit is fine. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odour, alteration or damage beyond normal inspection may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.

3. Who pays return shipping

Customers pay return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged, defective or not what was ordered — in those cases Lavinem covers the return cost. We do not charge restocking or handling fees on approved standard returns. Returns must be sent with a trackable carrier; we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or delayed in transit.

We do not advertise free returns anywhere on this site. Shipping to you is free; shipping a return back to us is at your cost unless the fault is ours.

4. Return address

Returns may only be sent to the return address supplied by our support team after your return is approved. Returns sent without authorization, or to any other address, cannot be processed.

5. How to request a return

Email info@lavinem.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)
• Your full name and shipping address

Return instructions are provided within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

6. Order cancellations

To cancel, contact info@lavinem.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery under this policy.

7. Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval
• How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or payment provider
• Original shipping costs, where charged, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item
• Refund amounts may be adjusted if returned items show use or damage beyond normal inspection

8. Partial returns and promotions

If a discount or promotional offer applied to your order and only part of it is returned, the refund is recalculated on the discounted value actually paid for the returned items. If returning items takes the order below a promotion threshold, the value of that promotion may be deducted.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return shipping, at no cost to you.

10. Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry and any intimate apparel cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is removed. Lavinem does not currently sell swimwear or underwear.
