This website is operated by XP Onderneming, trading as Lavinem. Throughout the site the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to XP Onderneming. By visiting our site or buying from us you agree to the terms below.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state, and that you will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately; your screen's display of a color may differ from the actual item. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to refuse any order, and to correct errors in product descriptions or pricing. Where a "compare at" price is shown, it is the reference price against which the current selling price is discounted; discount badges on this site are calculated automatically from that reference price and are never entered by hand.

3. Accuracy of information

Product descriptions on this site describe what is visible in the product photography — silhouette, cut, closure, color and intended use. We do not state fiber content or performance characteristics we cannot verify. If a description is unclear, email us before ordering and we will help.

4. Orders and payment

An order is a binding contract once we send your order confirmation. We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

5. Shipping and returns

6. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulation, to infringe our intellectual property, to transmit malware, to spam, or to interfere with the security of the site.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, XP Onderneming is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XP Onderneming and its officers and employees from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the remaining provisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the state in which you reside.
