Between two sizes? On closed styles — boots, loafers, sneakers, walking shoes — take the larger size. On open sandals take the smaller one, so your foot does not sit over the edge.

Men’s and women’s scales are different. A men’s 9 is not a women’s 9 — match on foot length, not on the number.
How to measure
Your foot
- Put a sheet of paper flat against a wall and stand on it, heel touching the wall.
- Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe — that is not always the big toe.
- Measure from the wall edge of the paper to the mark.
- Measure both feet and use the larger one.
- Do it at the end of the day, when your feet are at their widest.
Your body
- Bust or chest — around the fullest part, tape level all the way round and not pulled tight.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your natural waist, above the navel.
- Hip — around the fullest part, roughly 8 in (20 cm) below the waist.
Measure over underwear or a thin top, not over a jumper. Keep the tape snug enough to stay in place but loose enough to slide a finger under.
Women's Hooded Denim Jacket with Sherpa-Style Lining
This jacket has a denim-look outer layer with a hood and long sleeves. The front has a row of visible buttons, two flap chest pockets and two lower welt pockets. A contrasting pile-style lining is visible across the hood, front edges and inside body. The hip-length cut is suited to casual everyday layering.

The jacket has a regular, straight cut through the body and sits at the hips. The sleeves are full length and the cuffs can be turned back to show the contrasting lining. It is described as true to size; check the size guide for measurements.

Wear it over casual tops, jumpers or knitwear with jeans, trousers or casual skirts. The hooded design and button front suit everyday errands, weekend outings and casual autumn or winter layering.
