Measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements. Allow up to 0.5 in (1 cm) difference between production runs.

Between two sizes? On closed styles — boots, loafers, sneakers, walking shoes — take the larger size. On open sandals take the smaller one, so your foot does not sit over the edge.

Men’s and women’s scales are different. A men’s 9 is not a women’s 9 — match on foot length, not on the number.
How to measure
Your foot
- Put a sheet of paper flat against a wall and stand on it, heel touching the wall.
- Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe — that is not always the big toe.
- Measure from the wall edge of the paper to the mark.
- Measure both feet and use the larger one.
- Do it at the end of the day, when your feet are at their widest.
Your body
- Bust or chest — around the fullest part, tape level all the way round and not pulled tight.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your natural waist, above the navel.
- Hip — around the fullest part, roughly 8 in (20 cm) below the waist.
Measure over underwear or a thin top, not over a jumper. Keep the tape snug enough to stay in place but loose enough to slide a finger under.

How to use it
- Add Shipping Protection to your cart before you check out - one per order is enough
- If something goes wrong, email info@lavinem.com with your order number within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- For damage, send a photo of the item and of the packaging
- We send a free replacement or refund the full order value, whichever you prefer
Good to know
- This is a protection promise from Lavinem, not an insurance policy
- Without it, a parcel the carrier records as delivered is not covered, and a lost-parcel claim follows the carrier's own process
- It covers delivery problems, not a change of mind - for that, our 30-day return policy applies
Complete the look
We are offering free shipping on all US orders. We ship our packages with a tracking code so you can always monitor your order. You will receive the tracking via email within 24-72 hours after placing your order.
If our product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days upon receipt. Before returning the goods, please contact our customer service at info@lavinem.com and let us know the reason for the return so we can process your request correctly.
